pelvic health program

CorePhysio is a community leader in innovative and research-based evaluation and treatment of pelvic pain and elimination disorders. From the moment you walk in the door, we ensure you’ll feel safe and comfortable.

During your initial visit, our specialized clinicians will listen to your concerns and goals, then perform a detailed evaluation of your pelvic floor, surrounding muscle groups, posture as well as spine and hip function. You’ll receive extensive education about the drivers of your condition and learn movement strategies. Together, you and your therapist will develop goals for treatment and a plan of care to address your individual needs.

Treatment for issues relating to pelvic health and continence may include:

  • A home exercise program that incorporates strengthening, stretching, and self-care strategies

  • Behavioral and diet modifications

  • Biofeedback: Enhanced pelvic floor muscle education in the clinic or at home
